How to Join

1.  Application Form
To join you must complete and return an application form. Application forms for the Caribbean-Britain Business Council, The Cuba Initiative and the Anglo Dominican Trade Council can be downloaded from this page.

2. Payment

Cheque: Cheque should be made payable to The Caribbean Council and should be posted with the application form.

Bank Transfer: BACS and SWIFT details are available from Eileen Molloy. Any bank charges should be accepted by the sender in order to ensure that the correct sum is transferred.

Credit Cards: We are currently only able to accept credit card payments via the web site.  To buy membership subscriptions online please go to the Member Services page.

3. Subscription
Once payment and an application form have been received, you will be subscribed to relevant publications, using the email address(es) on your application form. Should your contact details change we ask that you advise us immediately. As most correspondence is sent electronically, we advise all new members to ensure that correspondence from the Caribbean Council is not diverted by a spam filter.

Pro Rata Payments
The subscription period runs from April 01 – March 31. If you choose to subscribe mid way through a year, the membership charge will be calculated on a pro rata basis, starting from the first day of the current month. For confirmation of the pro rata fee, please contact Eileen Molloy.

Renewals
Renewal notices are usually sent out one month before payment is due. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please advise us upon receipt of the renewal notice. If payment is not received by the notified date, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is received.
